Sveo Istanbul Hotel

Nice hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an inviting bar. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend visiting the spa for a massage. I'm coming back for Christmas!

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a multi-channel television, a sitting area, and a study table inside the room. It had exceptional views and a convenient decor...

a comfortable hotel with courteous employees in the night shift. particularly good and stunning position close to grand bazaar. based next to the galata tower and other sightings, public transport, and the centre and check-in.

Rooms clean and comfy, but found them a bit cramped. Breakfast was good, heaps of options, but could use more fresh produce. Chur!

Hotel was good. However when arriving they were overbooked and for one night had to stay in other Hotel. Despite the fact that this Hotel was of a lower category no discount was given. Also no apology. Only when I was somewhat rude they were willing to carry the luggage back to the Carlton. Very starnge especially that two days before arrival I phoned them to reconfirm our reservarion as the reservation had gone wrong in the booking at Great Western Slovenia (see my other report)

Early check-in, late check-out. Courteous staff in the night shift, perfect rooms with 2 single beds.

The room was dark and damp, woudl ve been nice to enjoy some daylight, yet the staff seemed oblivious to my discomfort. Plus, i expected a nice welcome gift, but alas, i was not treated like royalty as one might assume for such a 'prestigious' hotel. Most disappointing, indeed.

Hotel was wonderful, nice services, and it had stunning location close to a metro station less than 5 minutes. Location: the property was right by bus stops-metro and major attractions and Yenikapi conected with M1 to airport. Tried some nice meals at Venezia Restaurant, located extremely close to the hotel...

We felt very good there. Nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms are enough spacious. We've been there 3nights and changed a room after first night. Rear hotels out side was a bit more noisy caused of central air-condition engine. Nice breakfast hall, good chose of meal and every morning other warm food. I recommend.

A few things you should know

The breakfast was a culinary delight! Fresh produce and diverse selections made mornings enjoyable. Plus, an helpful staff member.

Limited accessibility can be a hassle, especially with disabilities. Proximity to tourist attractions often leads to higher restaurant prices, so plan accordingly!

Staff is not friendly breakfast was included in the room price but we ve been asked to pay the fresh juice and omlet carpet in the rooms are very dirty air condition is not working and rooms are very hot and smelly rooms are very very small for 4 star hotel is not acceptable

I have spent 4 days in carlton hotel, they have asked me to pay on my last day by cash. However once I was back to My country I have noticed that they have deducted the whole amount from my bank account which means that I have paid twice. Please help to investigate seriously on that matter
